The only products you should be using on your fresh piercing is a saline solution for the external area and an alcohol-free mouth wash for inside of the mouth (for tongue piercings jump straight to step 2). We recommend Neil Med or Stericlens for the saline solution, the mouthwash can be any brand but must be alcohol free. Before cleaning, wash your hands with an anti-bacterial soap and then gently apply the saline to the external area (2x a day) with a cotton bud or gauze.
